THIS PROPERTY IS NOW SOLD AND IS UNDERGOING TOTAL REFURBISHMENT ... 

The works so far have included a band new roof, rafters and insulation, together with replacement roof tiles. Aluminium roof guttering was installed to rain harness and direct water to the internal sterna underneath.

The external walls were showing signs of 'concrete cancer' and the metalwork inside was corroding and expanding making the rendering expand and crack. This was rectified by taking the rendering away, exposing the damage and chemicals were used to stabilise the metal work. The rendering was then finished off and the whole exterior was redecorated with high end Silicon Paint. A brand new outside storm porch was constructed out of 'Chestnut' and covered with matching roof tiles - to be painted.

The 'Vothra' which helps dissipate waste was upgraded, made larger and resurfaced. Landscaping of the garden is planned together with a low exterior stone wall around the perimeter.

Inside the property will be totally refurbished completely with brand new electrics, flooring, bathrooms and kitchen - but still retaining the old village charm of Alonnisos.

Windows will be replaced with double glazing. The property will then receive a complete redecoration to the clients specifications.
