Inside, a good size sitting room with corner Sporades style fireplace which is insulated and thermal efficient, also having oil fired central heating and sealed unit double glazing windows and door does confirm that it is built for all seasons. There are louvred, vertical, sliding, shutters that can be closed with the windows open to allow air to circulate. Cool in the summer with its air conditioning and insulation and warm in the cool winters.The property has been adapted and changed since it was built to assist with the disabled owner but can easily be reverted back to its original format with no difficulty.

The courtyard garden has many features including a purpose built BBQ, carp pond and various seating and entertaining areas.
