Interior Design: From traditional sympathetic interior design, taking in consideration of the age and style of the property right through to a contemporary look and anything in-between often combining the two. We can help with ideas and advice...
Refurbishment: A number of skilled trades exist on the island and we can introduce you to various craftsman to undertake the refurbishment of your newly acquired property the way you want.
Property Management: We can introduce people to manage your property when you are away off the island. General repairs, periodic gardening and property checks during bad weather. Regular maintenance work and airing with an inspection report at the end.
Project Management: We can oversee any works on your behalf, liaising with the various trades appointed. Reporting back directly to you with reports, advise, ideas and photographs all along the way. We will be your eyes and ears throughout the project.
Rental: Many people choose to rent out their property whilst they are not enjoying it. We can put you in touch with various people or teams that handle everything from meeting and greeting to handling the entire rental agreement.
